2-Man Jazz Band

2 Man Jazz Band Rick Hannah and Erwin SifferRick together with pianist Erwin Siffer create a Guitar-Piano DUO format, free flying without a rhythm section, as the role of melody and accompaniment flows back and forth from player to player in a cohesive, coordinated presentation of musical dialogue. Their latest CD features compositions offered by both artists, along with new arrangements of selected standards, and a special emphasis on the music of Lennie Tristano and his band-mates Lee Konitz and Warne Marsh.
“2-Man Jazz Band is a fine example of musical rapport, technical finesse and high musicianship.”
